US Regional Marketing Coordinator

Adaptive Shield is expanding its Regional Marketing team and is looking for a dynamic US Regional Marketing Coordinator to drive field marketing operations. This role involves the planning and execution of various events, such as conferences, summits, lunch and learns, and channel events. Additionally, you will work closely with the Sales team to ensure they have the marketing support needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute regional marketing events including conferences, summits, lunch and learns, and channel events.
  • Sales Collaboration: Partner with the Sales team to understand their needs and provide marketing support to enable their success.
  • Internal Communications: Manage internal communications to ensure all relevant teams are informed and aligned on marketing activities and goals.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors and partners to ensure successful event execution.


  • 1-2 years of experience in field marketing or event management.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing software).
  • Availability to travel – 30%


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
